Travel - Driving

- Start early, drive slowly, arrive safely.

In India roads belong to everybody. Traffic consists not only of trucks, busses, cars, scooters and pedestrians but also of elephants, cows and many other participants. So don't think of renting a car and driving yourself. Hire a chauffeur driven car, or just take taxis. The rules of the road in India may be very different from those you are used to.
